Every textile is a unique antique or vintage object — one of one. Prices are shown in SEK and, as an indication, in USD and EUR; the invoiced amount is in SEK. Prices for private consumers include Swedish VAT where applicable.

You place an enquiry by email to hello@bonad.store, quoting the piece. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm availability in writing and you accept the price and shipping cost. We may decline an order, for example if the piece was already sold.

Payment is made by the method stated in our confirmation (bank transfer or our online payment provider). The textile is shipped once payment has cleared. We never receive or store your card details.

We ship worldwide, packed flat and protected, with tracking. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. For consumers, the risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes outside Sweden are paid by the buyer.

Consumers resident in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt; see the Purchase policy for how to exercise it and who pays return shipping. Outside the EU all sales are final. Every piece is sold as seen, with age-related wear described honestly; statutory rights for goods not as described are unaffected.

Send complaints to hello@bonad.store. We follow Swedish consumer law and the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). EU consumers may also use their local consumer advice centre. Swedish law applies; mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence still applies.
